1. install app and license manager (pyrosim LM applies to pyrosim and petrasim)
2. copy theng.exe and theng.lic to license manager folder
3. (optional, NOT recommended) open theng.lic and change ports if desired
4. Run rlm.exe
5. Open app and select license server, 52100@localhost.
6. Enjoy. RLM must be running for app to start always.
